About the role

As a Consultant Manager with us, you have a combined role where business acumen meets personnel responsibility. You are responsible for the entire chain – from acquiring new customers and handling bookings to recruiting, matching, and following up with our fantastic consultants.

You actively work to develop the business in line with our vision and goals, and you have a broad mandate to make decisions regarding personnel planning and recruitment.

Your main tasks:

  • Sales & Customer Care: Handle new and existing customers to create growth.
  • Staffing Planning: Receive orders, match the right personnel to the right assignments, and confirm shifts to the customer.
  • Personnel Responsibility: Recruit, advertise for new talent, and maintain close, continuous contact with our consultants.
  • Quality & Work Environment: Ensure that our clients take responsibility for onboarding and follow up on deviations and improvement suggestions.
  • Administration: Manage employment contracts, scheduling, and documentation of feedback/complaints.


We are looking for you who have:

To succeed in this role, you are structured, communicative, and thrive in a high-paced environment. You are a natural leader who can make decisions within given frameworks and always strive to improve processes.

We would like you to have experience/knowledge in:

  • Systems: CRM, scheduling systems within staffing.
  • Laws & Agreements: Good understanding of collective agreements and contractual matters.
  • Quality Work: Experience working with management systems and handling deviation reporting (OE systems).
