About you

Bahnhof is growing with almost 30,000 new customers per year, and it's important to provide all customers with the best possible service. Therefore, we are looking for you who are passionate about service and technology and who would like to be Bahnhof's voice on the phone. We guess that you are a positive person who gets excited about finding problems and then doing something about them. You enjoy explaining and have the ability to make the difficult easier. If you have worked with technical issues before or if you have a technical interest and network knowledge, it is meritorious, but absolutely not a requirement. We see it as an advantage if you have at least a high school education. Of course, you also have the ability to keep confidences and company secrets within the company - Bahnhof is a strong advocate for privacy and confidentiality!

Your tasks

Bahnhof is expanding and looking for three people for the customer service department in Borlänge who will work with both delivery administration and customer support issues for private customers. You are the person our private customers call when they need technical help, e.g., if the internet connection is not working as it should, or when they wonder about the status of their internet delivery. You will handle troubleshooting of broadband, IP telephony, IP TV, email, anti-virus, and VPN. Together with the customer, you go through e.g., home networks and other equipment. The questions can be of varying nature and difficulty, but don't worry! We make sure you know everything you need to know before you start taking calls. Your first week with us will consist of training, both theoretical and practical. You will get an overview of Bahnhof's products and services, listen to calls, and quite soon you will get to take your own calls. Of course, you have a person from support by your side whom you can ask when you wonder about something. You will also have access to our technical "in-house guide" where we have collected several years of knowledge about various technical devices and solutions.
