Customer Service-like Sales Job

About the Position

In this role, you will work exclusively with customers who have already expressed interest in our services and a specific offer that we have marketed. Your task is not to sell the company or its services from scratch, but to identify the customer's needs and guide them to the right treatment and facility.

Ecoshine is Sweden's leading company in environmentally friendly car care. We offer a wide range of services, including car washing, car reconditioning, and tire changes, and have facilities across the country.

About the Role

We are looking for an engaged and results-oriented person who understands what it means to work as a salesperson. Even though our contacts are only with customers who have already shown interest, a high energy level and a strong ability to deliver first-class service are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service/sales
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Interest in cars is a plus, but not a requirement.

Location

You will be based at our office in Kungens Kurva in southern Stockholm.
