Service Advisor / Customer Receptionist at Mekonomen Car Workshop Härnösand
Description
We are looking for a customer receptionist with technical competence and good administrative skills for our service facility in Härnösand. You will be our face towards our customers and function as a link to our own service staff at the facility.
Your main tasks
Your main task is to plan and distribute the workshop's work and ensure that contact with customers and suppliers occurs in a satisfactory manner. Together with your colleague, you ensure that the service technicians receive the support and guidance required to perform service and repair work.
The role also includes workshop administration, invoicing, handling claims against suppliers. You also receive customers via phone and in the workshop.
To succeed and thrive in the role
You have:
- Relevant background and probably a few years of experience in similar tasks
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Good computer skills
- Driver's license B
- Good administrative ability
Previous experience in vehicle-oriented business and good vehicle technical knowledge are highly meritorious.
