About the Landlord We United

We United owns and manages approximately 55,000 m2 distributed across 30 commercial and residential properties in Falun, Borlänge, and Leksand.

We consider it important to, through our operations, promote and work for society to develop for the better.

About the Position as Property Caretaker

You will be an important person in a team that handles the daily management of our properties. You will be responsible for, among other things, continuously addressing fault reports, conducting SBA and property rounds, repairing and maintaining operational technical systems such as heating and ventilation.

Furthermore, tasks include minor property repairs, customer contacts, purchasing of materials, using and maintaining machines and hand tools, and being responsible for minor renovation projects in housing.

You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you will have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work on your own initiative.

It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and have the ability to organize your work in an efficient way.

We believe that you have a high school education and/or vocational college education, preferably with a focus on property care, operations, or management, or equivalent relevant work experience. You have several years of work experience, and it is advantageous if you have experience from craft professions such as construction, electrical, and/or plumbing.

Since the computer is a natural part of the work for everyone at We United, we would like you to feel comfortable with computer use. You will also be given the opportunity to develop your knowledge through internal training.

The position requires a B driver's license.
