System Developer (.NET/C#) Collection System

We are seeking three (3) experienced system developers at competence level 3 (4–8 years of experience) for a long-term and security-classified assignment within the public sector.

The assignment requires completed and approved security clearance with registry check before start.

About the Assignment

You will work within the Collection product area with a focus on development and further development of collection systems related to the road traffic area. The work involves the introduction of new and improved collection management as well as side-accounting, with high demands on:

• Completeness and accuracy in reporting
• Traceability in collection management
• Robust integration management in a complex system environment

The assignment is carried out in agile teams and covers the entire system development cycle:

• Requirements work and technical analysis
• System design and modeling
• Implementation and coding
• Test development (TDD) and automated tests
• Debugging and optimization
• Maintenance and further development

The work primarily takes place within the USB product but may also include other product areas, projects, or departments within the organization.

Technical Landscape

We are looking for you with deep competence within the Microsoft stack and distributed system environments:

• .NET / .NET Core
• C#
• SQL Server (including performance optimization)
• Azure DevOps Server
• NServiceBus
• Blazor
• SpecFlow
• TDD and automated tests
• Data warehouse solutions with Microsoft technology

The environment is characterized by service-oriented and event-based architecture with many integration points.

Mandatory Requirements (Shall-requirements)

You meet the following:

• 4–8 years of experience (competence level 3)
• At least 4 years of experience with .NET (latest 6 years)
• At least 4 years of experience with C# (latest 6 years)
• At least 4 years of experience with SQL Server and optimization (latest 6 years)
• At least 4 years of experience with TDD and automated tests
• At least 4 years of experience with Azure DevOps Server
• At least 2 years of experience with:
• Development of complex distributed systems
• Service-oriented and event-oriented solutions
• Ledger systems within collection management
• Data warehouse solutions with Microsoft technology
• NServiceBus
• SpecFlow
• Blazor
• Documentation of system design and implementation
• Experience with agile working methods

Desirable (Should-requirements)

It is desirable if you have experience with:

• MSSQL transactional replication
• Telerik Blazor
• .NET Core (at least 3 years)
• IoC and Dependency Injection (DI)
• Assignments within authorities or larger organizations with:
• Complex system environment
• Many integrations
• High security requirements
