Two Junior Project Managers in e-Health at Karolinska University Hospital

Location: Karolinska University Hospital, Eugeniavägen 18 (some possibility for remote work)

Scope: 100% (2 consultants)

Start: Immediately (PL1) and April 1, 2026 (PL2)

Assignment Period: Until 2027-12-31 (option for extension)

Armabe Consulting AB is now seeking two junior project managers for a long-term and socially important assignment in e-Health at Karolinska University Hospital.

About the Assignment

You will work in IT and digitalization projects within healthcare, focusing on business-critical initiatives. The projects range from:

• Feasibility study and needs analysis
• Planning and implementation
• Implementation and handover to operations
• Follow-up and quality assurance

You will work closely with operations, IT specialists, and steering groups.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning and follow-up
• Coordinate activities and resources
• Ensure that schedules and milestones are met
• Document decisions, risks, and actions
• Develop communication materials for stakeholders
• Participate in implementation, rollout, and operational support

Requirements Profile

We are looking for you who have:

• At least 1 year of experience working in project-based roles
• Experience as a project manager, assistant project manager, or project coordinator
• Post-secondary education in IT, project management, or equivalent
• Experience with IT or digitalization projects in the public sector or healthcare
• Understanding of healthcare information systems or business-critical IT systems
• Experience working according to established project models (PPS, PRINCE2, agile, etc.)
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing
