We are now looking for a passionate AI Engineer to join our headquarters in Stockholm, who wants to build technology that makes a real difference for the next generation.

About the role

• As an AI Engineer with us, you will have a key role in developing the systems that ensure educational value and safety.

Your main responsibilities:

• Architect evaluation systems: Building frameworks to measure "grounding," educational relevance, and counteract hallucinations.
• Optimize Retrieval & Steering: Work with reranking, query transformation, and representation engineering to ensure accurate information retrieval.
• Drive product logic: Analyze data and user feedback to iterate and develop our pipeline.
• From experiment to production: Collaborate closely with our ML engineers to deploy your solutions.

Your profile

• We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, autonomous, and humble.

We expect you to have:

• At least 1 year of professional experience building AI/ML features.
• Expertise in "Retrieval" and vector databases: You have an understanding of chunking strategies, embedding models, and optimization of vector databases.
• Technical breadth: Good knowledge of Python. Experience with frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is advantageous.
• Ability to build custom orchestration.
