Description

In the role of configuration manager, you will manage and lead configuration governance for the customer's systems/products. You will be part of customer projects where you work closely with project managers and system owners, responsible for change management for systems and products.

You will also be part of a configuration management team and lead change forums to ensure that product structures for products/systems are decided and revision-managed.

Main tasks include

• Plan and implement the configuration management process and ensure compliance

• Lead configuration change boards (CCB)

• Document baselines at project decision points

• Report configuration status for product information

• Serve as a contact person, internally and externally, for configuration issues

• Participate in the work to develop the company's configuration management process

Your Profile

• Several years of experience from the above-mentioned tasks

• Outgoing and able to work independently

• Technical education or equivalent work experience

• Experience in system development

• Experience in configuration management for complex systems

• Experience in managing structured information in Product Data Management programs

• Knowledge and experience in change management
