They are seeking to onboard an Swedish speaking Customer Support Agent for their Malta office. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer enquiries via email, delivering professional, empathetic, and solution-focused support Follow internal communication standards, workflows, and operational procedures Review cases carefully and make decisions aligned with platform policies and moderation guidelines Support a safe and positive user experience by maintaining quality and accuracy in every interaction. REQUIREMENTS: Native / fluent in Swedish both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment Empathetic mindset with an interest in online safety and digital communities Interest in technology, digital platforms, or the sharing economy is advantageous Previous experience in customer support, moderation, or online services is beneficial.
